• Christmas Package B - $50 + GST per person

Conditions Apply: All Christmas Celebrations OVER 60 guests require two security custodians for the first 100 guests, with one additioanl custodian for every additional 100 guests attending, employed by the hirer at a cost of $35 + GST per guard/per hour.

Beverages are additonal.

Christmas Package A

Basket of artisan breads and rolls

- Mixed leaves, red onion, cucumebr, tomato and snow pea shoots
- Coleslaw with fresh mint and toasted sesame seeds
- Berry vinaigrette dressing
- Roasted gourmet potatoes topped with sour cream and spring onion

Carvery
- Champagne ham with honey and apricot
- Mustard and pineapple crush condiments

Christmas Package B

Basket of artisan breads and rolls

- Mesculan leaves with grapes, brie and toasted almond flakes
- French dressing
- Berry vinaigrette dressing

With your choice of either:
- Grilled asparagus, smokey bacon, egg, celery and kumara OR
- Gratin potatoes

Carvery
- Champagne ham with honey and apricot glaze
- Mustard and pineapple crush condiments
- Roasted turkey breast
- Cranberry sauce and gravy

Desserts
- Plum pudding and brandy custard
- Individual pavlovas

Christmas Package C

Ciabatta rolls

- Salmon mousse with king prawns served with a petite salad and crostini with thousand island dressing
