Menu A

Comes with Artisan breads and rolls, a selection of three salads and two dressings, four hot dishes, carvery and a selection of up to three desserts. All dessert buffets are served with complimentary whipped Chantilly cream and fresh Tea and Coffee.

Salads

A selection of up to three of the following salads:
- Apple, walnut, celery and potato
- Minted coleslaw with sesame seeds
- Chickpea, beetroot and feta cheese
- Mixed leaves with tomato, cucumber, red onion and croutons
- Gourmet potato with bacon, roasted capsicum and spring onion

A selection of up to two of the following dressings:
- French
- Italian
- Ginger and coriander
- Lemon and dijon mustard

Hot Dishes:

Creamy chicken tossed with pasta, cheese, tomato and pesto

Artisan Noodle Box Meals

A selection of up to three of the following Asian Noodle Box Meals:
- Salad box
- Butter chicken and rice
- Lamb korma and rice
- Mini hot dogs and wedges
- Beef stroganoff and rice
- Fish groujons and chips
- Honey soy chicken hokkien noodles with vegetables
(Vegetarian options available on request)

Dessert

Grand ice sculputre bowl filled with assorted ice cream and accompanied by the following toppings:
- Waffle cones
- Chocolate sauce
- Strawberry sauce
- Caramel sauce
- Hundreds and thousands
- Nuts
Plus a platter of mini profiteroles

Access

Providing the room is available, access is allowed to the rooms from the previous day to theme and set up the event night.

Carpark

North Harbour Stadium has 1100 free carpark spaces as well as plenty of space for bus parking.

Catering

The school ball package includes a glass of sparkling grape juice on arrival, your choice of Menu A or Menu B as well as a 4-5 hour soft drinks package.

Dance Floor

A 20m2 dance floor is included in the package. If a larger floor is required, we are able to hire on at a cost of $17.00 + GST per square metre.

Entrances

The building will be accessed from the North End by the stairs access. This entrance way may be decorated if required.

Floor Plans

We are able to draw up accurate, to scale, floor plans to show the exact layout of the room including tables, dance floor and catering tables.

Limo, Car and Bus drop off and pick up

Students may be dropped off on the ring road located directly outside the front gates. This is close to the main entrance to the building.

Photo Rooms

ASB Three or ASB North adjoin the main ASB Lounge. Both rooms can either have the wall in place dividing the two rooms or this wall can be removed to have an open area.

Rooms

The main lounge - ASB Lounge - is located on Level One and can hold up to 650 people.
ASB Three can be used as one of the photo room options.
ASB North can be used as a photo room option or a teachers room.
ASB One and Two and ASB North can be used for the Buffet tables for large balls.

Toilets

Toilets are located at both ends of the lounge in the main foyers. They have full toilet facilities including disabled toilets.

Security

Included in the package price are six security staff positioned on the door and at the coat check. Extra security guards cost $50+gst per guard, per hour.
