Ticket Collection

If you selected "collection" as your delivery method and still haven't collected your tickets we strongly advise you to do so in advance to avoid queues and to take advantage of free public transport for RWC 2011 ticket holders.

You can collect your RWC 2011 tickets at selected Ticketek outlets. Click here for locations.

Alternatively you can collect your tickets from the Ticket Office at Gate A, Oteha Valley Road, Albany, which will be open from 9am - 5pm, two days prior to each RWC 2011 match at North Harbour Stadium. On match days the Ticket Office will be open three hours prior to kick-off.

Getting to the Venue

Remember to leave early to ensure plenty of time to get to the venue and to your seat.

Travel is free on special event buses starting from 3 hours before kick-off and for 1 hour after a match with a RWC 2011 match ticket.

For more information on travel to North Harbour Stadium, visit www.maxx.co.nz and the www.rugbyworldcup.com/transport website.

Please note that only authorised vehicles will be able to access the venue restricted zones and parking areas.

Getting to your Seat

You will see your Entry Gate printed on your RWC 2011 match ticket. Click here to see a map which shows the location of all Entry Gates.
